We are currently seeking a proven sales professional with some recent storage appliance industry background to cover a geographic territory. The qualified candidate will drive revenue through both direct and through a network of partners(VAR’s/integrators). These are great opportunities to join a “hot” company in their space:
Position: Account Manager
Locations: Washington DC/Maryland/Virginia
Position description:
We are seeking a proven sales professional with excellent communication skills and a consistent track record of exceeding quota through direct sales process. Successful applicants possess an industry reputation for competence, professionalism, integrity, and a passion for winning. Under limited direction meet and exceed assigned quota, build territory revenue, prospect and close named accounts against established competition. Must maintain accurate forecasting as well as clear management communication. Maintain reference able customer satisfaction in all assigned accounts.
Required skills:
·         5-7+ years of highly successful experience selling storage appliance-based offerings
·         Experience in a startup or small company a huge plus   
·         Strong knowledge and experience selling through the channel
·         Experience selling a new product offering against brand name products
·         Experience opening new accounts with strong business development skills
·         History of exceeding quota
·         Bachelor’s degree
